We are proud to offer FREE SHIPPING on domestic U.S. orders over $29!
If you require products delivered by a certain date, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to verify your product we can have it to you in time. Coco’s Closet does not guarantee at any time a certain delivery date or time frame for delivery for any product or order. Any listed time for a shipping method is an estimate only. For orders with deadlines please order well in advance.
Coco’s Closet is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or delayed shipments or damaged freight by the freight carriers after they have been dispatched.
Coco’s Closet cannot be held responsible / liable for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. The customer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.
We are} not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info.

We do our best to deliver items of the highest quality, which have been carefully checked and well packed.
Actual colors may vary. This is due to the fact that every computer monitor has a different capability to display colors and that everyone sees these colors differently. We cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the true color of the product.

We work hard to fill your orders in a timely fashion, and most orders are shipped within 3-5 business days unless otherwise specified in the product listing.
Once your order is processed, the shipping time varies based on the shipping method that is chosen.
Please keep in mind that during SALE periods, this time can be a little longer.
You will receive an email and tracking number at that time.
Domestic orders typically take 2-3 days to arrive once shipped.
ORDER AMENDMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS
In certain circumstances, we may be able to cancel your order before it has been shipped. To find out if your order can be cancelled please contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible after placing your order.
We are unable to combine orders, change sizes, edit your billing or shipping details, or add items to an order once it has been placed.
Your order will be processed and, subject to being accepted by us, a confirmation email will be sent upon shipping. Once the order is delivered, any items that meet the return conditions can be cancelled by following the instructions for returning your purchase.
International Shipping Disclaimer
You, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost - charges vary around the world.
As an international consumer, please do your research to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs, and to have an idea of what the additional cost may be. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information. It is your full responsibility to verify the customs, duties charges, and procedures in your country prior to placing your order.
If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.
